Welcome to the Grafana documentation for the Ricoh Advance Dashboard project. This site provides detailed information about the integration of Grafana dashboards, JSON API datasources, and custom configurations.
Overview¶
The Ricoh Advance Dashboard project includes multiple Grafana dashboards designed to monitor and visualize data from audiovisual environments. These dashboards are specifically tailored to track the status of video conferencing devices, manage alarms, and provide room status.
Objectives¶
- Visualize the status of video conferencing devices in near real-time.
- Monitor device availability and key operational metrics.
- Enable efficient issue detection through clear and dynamic data representation.

- Near Real-Time Monitoring: Visualize live data with minimal latency.
- Custom Panels: Includes customized dashboards tailored to the specific requirements provided by RICOH Japan.
- Dashboard Distribution: Dashboards are categorized into three types:
- Neat Dashboards
- GraphAPI Dashboards
- Neat & GraphAPI Dashboards
- Integration Sources: Dashboards retrieve data from the Backends (configured in the data sources), which are integrated with two types of APIs: Neat and GraphAPI.
- Responsive Design: Dashboards are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
