This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of audiovisual devices in Neat rooms, including their status, distribution, and key metrics. It is designed to help monitor and manage devices effectively.

Key Features

  • Displays the total number of devices across all rooms.
    • Provides a global view of all devices across the monitored rooms.
    • Differentiates between connected and disconnected devices, offering a near real-time count for each status.
  • Shows the total number of rooms being monitored.
    • Displays the overall number of rooms under observation.
    • Breaks down rooms by their operational status, allowing for quick assessment of the system’s health.
  • Visualizes the geographical distribution of rooms and their statuses on an interactive map.
  • Provides a detailed table of room information, displays comprehensive data, including:
    • Room statuses (Critical, Major, Minor, Info, Ok) from NEAT API and from GraphAPI.
    • Room call status (No Call, In Call).
    • Location and region for better geographic segmentation and monitoring.
  • Displays the timestamp of the last dashboard refresh.
  • Offers filtering options by region, location, and room for focused analysis.
  • Automatically refreshes every 30 seconds to ensure up-to-date data.

  1. Total Devices:

    • Type: Stat
    • Data Source: Dashboard (Device Rooms)
    • Description: Aggregates the total number of devices across all rooms.

  2. Total Devices (Bar Gauge):

    • Type: Bar Gauge
    • Data Source: marcusolsson-json-datasource (NEATSERVICE API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON)
    • Description: Displays the total number of devices, total connected devices, and total disconnected devices. The NEAT API is the source of this panel.

  3. Total Rooms:

    • Type: Stat
    • Data Source: marcusolsson-json-datasource (NEATSERVICE API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON)
    • Description: Displays the total number of rooms. The NEAT API is the source of this panel.

  4. Total Rooms (Bar Gauge):

    • Type: Bar Gauge
    • Data Source: Dashboard (Total Rooms)
    • Description: Displays the total number of rooms, the distribution according to their status and the total sum of each one (Critical, Major, Minor, Info, OK).

  5. Geo Rooms Distribution:

    • Type: Geomap
    • Data Source: marcusolsson-json-datasource (NEATSERVICE API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON)
    • Description: Visualizes room geolocations and their statuses on a map. The NEAT API is the source of this panel.

  6. Device Rooms:

    • Type: Table
    • Data Source: Mixed marcusolsson-json-datasource (GRAPHAPISERVICE API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON and ALARM SERVICE GRAPH API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON)
    • Description: Provides detailed information about each room, region, location, information from NEAT (status, call status and last status changes) and GraphAPI (status and last status changes).

  7. Last Dashboard Refresh:

    • Type: Text
    • Description: Displays the timestamp of the last dashboard refresh using a script.

  • ALARM SERVICE NEAT API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON: Supplies alarm and status change information.
  • GRAPHAPISERVICE API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON: Provides data for device and room metrics.
  • ALARM SERVICE GRAPH API CLOUD PRO RICOH JAPON: Supplies alarm and status change data.

Filters

  • Region: Filter data by region.
  • Location: Filter data by location within a region.
  • Room: Filter data by specific room.

Refresh Interval

  • The dashboard refreshes every 30 seconds to ensure up-to-date information.

Time Range

  • The default time range is set to the last 6 hours (now-6h to now). In this case the time range does not matter.
